Attended The University of Michigan Law School, 1975-1978. Married Susan Holleman in 1976. Moved to Seattle in 1981, where I still currently live. We have two kids together, Lindsey and Barry.

Practiced law until 1981 when I created The Planner's Edge, an entreprenurial firm in Seattle with a speciality in financial planning services that is still successfully operating today.

Became involved in the leadership of our local reform synagogue in Seattle between 2000 and 2008, becoming president for two of those years.

Divorced in 2003. Met Kathy in 2005. She is an avid golfer, as am I, with national aspirations. We both spend our summer months (and some of our winter months) playing tournament golf.

It would not be inaccurate to say that I work in order to fund our golf lifestyle.

Steve was my buddy, along with Ray Roth and Dave Brown. The 4 of us rode bikes everywhere, played catch, a little poker, and hung out together. I so wish I knew more about Steve's passing. It warms my heart to see his picture here.
