I haven't seen Buck in 40 years. But from Central School thru New Trier and a little longer he was one of my best friends along with Whit Watts, Chick Hall Kirk Jackman and Sam Barnett. We would go winter camping with my Dad up in Kettle Morraine. We all took the train to Glacier Park in Montana, camped for a couple of weeks. A lot of great stories came out of that trip.
Today, I am filled with sadness at this news. I am sure I will think about him all day.
Rest in peace buddy
