
Charla Krupp. We are deeply saddened to announce that Charla lost her battle with breast cancer and died Monday afternoon at the age of 58. A nationally known style expert, Charla was the New York Times bestselling author of HOW NOT TO LOOK OLD and HOW NEVER TO LOOK FAT AGAIN. She was a contributor to NBC's Today Show for 10 years, appearing in more than 130 style segments, and appeared on more than 30 national TV shows, including The Oprah Winfrey Show, The View, The Rachael Ray Show, Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, and Access Hollywood. Charla was a contributing editor to People: Style Watch and was formerly beauty director at Glamour, a senior editor at InStyle, and a fashion columnist at More. She wrote for the New York Times, TIME, and many fashion magazines and websites. She leaves her husband, Richard Zoglin of New York City; mother, Esther "Terry" Krupp, of Northbrook; father, the late Walter Krupp; sister, Lora Nasby of Murrieta, CA; brother, Jay (Lisa) Krupp of Buffalo Grove; and two nieces, Mollie and Jami Krupp. Service Wednesday, 1 p.m., at The Chapel, 8851 Skokie Blvd., Skokie (at Niles Center Rd.). Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Norridge.
