Jack Goose

Jack Goose

Jack R. Goose (NTE) passed away in 2011 in Louisville.

GOOSE, JACK R. "GRATITUDE IS MY ATTITUDE," 57, died peacefully at Frazier Rehab Hospital on April 25, 2011.

He was the oldest son of Betty B. Goose and Jack R. Goose Sr., who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his four brothers, Daniel, David, Stephen and Kenneth Goose and their families. Also remembering him is his former wife, Kathy Kregor and a host of friends from the community that he reached out to help over the years.

A thank you to all the angels that work as nurses, doctors and staff at Jewish ICU 5F and Frazier 9th floor Palliative Team for the loving and excellent care they provided Jack. A special thank you to Tommy T.

Per Jack's wishes there will be no funeral. He wanted to be remembered with your own "Attitude of Gratitude," a prayer and a smile on your face. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.

Jack was a former proud employee of " The Healing Place, Men's Community," 1020 W. Market Place Louisville, KY 40202, where donations in his memory would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about Jack's passing. I remember all the brothers, and especially their wonderful mom Betty who did a great kindness to my own mom at a time she needed it. She had her hands full with five boys but thought of others anyway. May Jack rest in peace. I appreciate the spirit of gratitude expressed here. All my best to the family.
