Sally died on her honeymoon in a water-skiing accident sometime before our tenth reunion. Her death was reported in the Wilmette Life.

She had been in my advisory throughout high school and was cheerful and enthusiastic about advisory at any rate. I met her again in 1975 or thereabouts when we frequently ended up taking the same el train to and from the city.

Sally and I set next to each other in advisory for 3 years and I can't believe she has been gone

so long.  I had fun with her making jokes about the wonderful boots our advisory used to wear.

Barb Hoffman is the one who told me about Sally's accident on the E on our way to school/work

in 1974/75.  How the time has flown by!

I remember her energy, her smile and her wonderful way to open up conversation with geeky guys (me).  - - Pete E.

Sally was my first real love.

We dated through out senior year and went our separate ways at the end of the summer before college.

I will always remember her as a high energy, fun loving girl who loved life and people. She would always make the best of what ever life threw at her.

Her accident cut short what was to be a wonderful life for her and anyone she touched.

Sally and I knew each during high school but not very well.  After high school and while I was in college we became the best of friends.  In fact, I was one of the few people at her wedding.  Her death was a tragedy and I  can't believe how the time has passed.  Her energy, enthusiasm, spirit and "joie de vivre"  were a few of the characteristics that I loved.

Sally and I went to Faith Hope together before we went on to NTHS-East. We always ended up in lines or sitting in class near each other at Faith Hope, because of our last names and I remember those years fondly. I was very sad when I heard of her death at the 10 year reunion. I have lived in Colorado for the past 23 years, and almost every night I would watch the news anchored by her younger brother Jim. RIP Sally.
